B14. Registers and reports

Everything recorded on cases also appears in registers. A register is a list of records across the portfolio. Every register has:

  • a counter of live records;
  • a search box;
  • a Filter by status drop-down, with All statuses as the default;
  • Export CSV, which downloads the visible rows as a spreadsheet file;
  • Record details and Record actions for each row.

    • Issue warehouse receipt: the warehouse must be active with valid accreditation. Enter the receipt number, commodity, holder, quantity, unit, quality grade, declared valuation and dates. Duplicate receipts are blocked.
    • Record inspection and valuation: choose Verified, Discrepancy found or Rejected. A Verified result needs a valuation above zero.

Reports and exports

  • Reports: select Create report, choose the approved report (for example Application pipeline and ageing or Conditions precedent ageing) and a format (PDF, CSV or Excel). Generating a report needs two-step verification.
