9. Programme records and partners
These pages hold reference data and records. Most are view only. Records come from financing cases or approved steps, not typed in directly.

Organisations marked with a Public partner category can appear on the public partners page.
Example: Ibrahim Sule opens SAPZ programmes to check the Oyo zone list, then Stakeholders to see which banks and insurers are public partners.
Common problems
- No Add button. Your role does not have the create policy for that register.
- A new investment is missing. Investment, loan and grant records come from financing cases. Check the case.
